Pamela Anderson has hit out at Donald Trump during a speech in which she addressed the dangers of watching pornography.

The actress, who recently wrote a piece in the Wall Street Journal regarding the use of pornography, slammed the Presidential candidate for this comments towards women.

This follows the emergence of a recording from 2005 in which Trump can be heard bragging about being able to touch women because of his status.

In the recording, Trump can be heard discussing ‘grabbing [women] by the p****’ and claiming that “when you’re a star, they let you do it” resulting in a great backlash from both Democrat and Republican supporters.

Addressing a crowd at Oxford University, Anderson said ‘It’s terrible and I’ve heard other men speak that way, even about me, and it cannot be swept under the rug because how we deal with it – how he is – it’s not okay.’

‘So I was completely offended, like everybody else, and I don’t like the way he said it was just locker room behavior because I don’t believe that’s true of the men who do speak that way

‘It’s got to stop, you’ve got to have respect for women, behind closed doors, around women and around men.’

The former Baywatch star is in the UK for a series of appearances for her awareness campaign ‘Take The Pledge’ advising people to be aware of the consequences that come from watching pornography and has addressed the fact that this may come across as hypocritical.

Discussing some of the material available online today, Anderson told the room ‘It is not fine to be slapped, called a whore and spat on – its sick, its hurtful, its demeaning and its terrible, terrible sex’.

Anderson is currently working on her own book on the subject titled ‘The Sensual Revolution’ discussing the increasing disconnection between sensuality and sexuality.}
